HitCore Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
HitCore (“the App,” “we,” “us”) is a bodyweight abs training mobile application operated for the HitCore product (package / bundle ID: com.hitcore.app). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
By using HitCore, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Summary
• We do not require you to create an account.
• Workout progress, preferences, and streaks are stored on your device.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat — not by collecting your card details ourselves.
• The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking at this time.
2. Information stored on your device
HitCore stores the following locally on your phone or tablet (for example via on-device storage):
• Onboarding choices (such as goal, fitness level, focus preference, session length preference, and reminder settings)
• Selected training program and challenge day progress
• Workout completion history, durations, and streak-related dates
• App settings (such as theme, language, coach voice, and reminder time)
• A local cache of subscription / trial status used to unlock features offline
• Diet habit checkmarks for the current day (if you use Diet features)
This information stays on your device unless you back up your device with Apple, Google, or another backup service you control. Uninstalling the App may delete this local data.
3. Information we do not collect ourselves
HitCore does not operate a HitCore user account system and does not upload your workout history to HitCore servers for cloud syncing.
We do not knowingly collect:
• Your name or postal address for an in-app profile
• Payment card numbers
• Precise location for tracking
• Health data from Apple Health / Google Fit (unless added in a future update, in which case this policy will be updated first)
• Contacts, photos, or microphone recordings for social features
4. Subscriptions, purchases, and RevenueCat
Paid access (including free trials that convert to paid plans) is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Purchase processing and entitlement validation may involve:
• Apple or Google (as your app store)
• RevenueCat (our subscription / receipt validation partner)
These parties may process identifiers needed to validate purchases (such as anonymous app user identifiers, purchase receipts, and subscription status). We do not receive your full payment card details.
You can restore purchases in the App using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Apple’s and Google’s privacy practices apply to store payments. RevenueCat’s practices are described in RevenueCat’s own privacy policy.
5. Permissions
Notifications (optional)
If you enable daily workout reminders, the App may schedule local notifications on your device. You can turn reminders off in Profile. Notification permission is requested only when needed for this feature.
Haptics and sound
Used for workout cues (such as timers and completion feedback) on supported devices.
Network access
Required for downloading the App, validating subscriptions, and loading some exercise demonstration media that is not bundled locally.
6. Exercise demonstration media
Some form demos are stored inside the App. Others may load from third-party or CDN sources over the internet the first time they appear. Loading remote media may expose standard network request data (such as IP address) to that content host under their own terms.
7. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
As of the date above:
• HitCore does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
• HitCore does not use cross-app tracking for advertising.
• HitCore does not currently include a separate analytics SDK beyond what Apple, Google, or Expo/React Native may provide at the platform level for crash or install diagnostics.
If we add analytics, advertising, or additional tracking later, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features ship.
8. Ratings and reviews
The App may occasionally display the system in-app review prompt (Apple or Google) after positive moments in the App (for example after completing challenge workouts). You can also open a rate action from Profile. Whether a prompt appears is controlled by the operating system.
9. Children’s privacy
HitCore is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us in a way that requires action, contact us using the email below.
10. Data retention and deletion
Because most App data is stored on your device, you can remove it by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling HitCore.
Subscription records are retained by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat according to their policies and legal requirements. To cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
11. International users
The App may be used in different countries. Store and subscription partners may process data in the United States or other regions as described in their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
